Nail polish!

  These are some ideas for nail art on wedding day!

I just bought some awesome colors at Walmart today. I got some Tardis blue, an awesome gold , some silvery sparkly polish and a awesome coppery-firey metalic polish. I'm going to experiment and possibily go and get my nails done by a professional to try and replicate the effect.

Wedding dresses I've liked

Ok, so out of the two new dresses I just tried on at Castle Couture.... I really want to pick one already. I tried on a Justin Alexander and a Casablanca that were really awesome. Jody, the lady that helped me, said it would be a good idea to come back within three or four weeks. But, If I wait till November 30th there is a Justin Alexander trunk sale there and I could save lots of money (well most likely at least 10 percent). Or, Casablanca is having a sale in December......

Change of date

Chris just made the deposit for the venue. November 2nd was already booked so we now have November 9th, 2013.
We are officially having the ceremony and reception at Doolans shore club in Spring lake.
Ps to my out of state lovely there are hotel rooms there!

First bridal show!

So, my newly engaged friend Malaya and I are going to go to a bridal show on Tuesday!!!! We will be meeting the parking lot there at 6:45 for the 7pm show. Tuesday, October 16th at the Channel Club in Monmouth Beach if anyone wants to join us!

Ok, so I'm going to go to a Bridal Show at Shadowbrook on the Oct 18th if I don't have work. It's a 7pm. there is also another free show at the Channel club in Monmouth Beach at 6:45 that I registered for and I will be attending if I don't have BN that night. Arleigh may come with me if Mike is home to watch the kiddies....

Bridal Shows!

Ok I have extra vacation days I need to take, soooo I decided to see what Bridal shows are happening on those dates.


I just registered for free event on Tuesday, October 16th at the Channel Club in Monmouth Beach.
Its free for brides and their guests. There will be samples and such!

Who wants to go??? ;-)

Flowers

I'm thinking I need some color in this wedding. I can't just do a simple silver and black theme. Bridesmaids will wear their silver (...charcoal really) dresses and possibly hold these colors....
And men will have matching buttoniers... (oh gosh... i can't spell that word today....)
